What needs to be done for each stage

PreviousHow to build your teamNextHow to recognize team members & share information w/ the DAO

Last updated 2 years ago

Now that you have your team assembled ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ, itโ€™s time to start progressing the Chamber. To do that, you need to understand Chamber Stages and how to to work with your Sponsor to ensure your Chamber work is progressing.

To manage stages, we need to understand what is required of each stage. Each stage has a required input (why, what, how, results) in order for us to guide the flow of work from proposal to completion.

Defining these stages also helps us place defined review & support points between the MC and the Sponsor of the project. An MC can put a chamber up for review, and only a Sponsor can move it into the next stage.

Note: stages do not need to slow down simple, well understood chamber tasks. Moving between multiple stages can happen rapidly through one conversation in Discord.

Stage

Description

๐ŸŒฑWhy

A chamber has been conjured, but it is not yet agreed to work on.

Focus of stage?

  • Decide if should proceed or not,

  • Agree on why this chamber was proposed and itโ€™s intended objectives

  • Exploring a minimum necessary of what/how/result to better visualize the project & make a decision

  • Engage & confirm a Sponsor

Where work happens?

Conversation focused on Discord chat, with the MC driving discussion around why + farming for dissent.

โ€‹

MC Commands:

/chamber summon {role: sponsor-elect} {who: }
